Yeah, confirmed bug. I had a very hard time yesterday trying to edit corp's MOTD or even forward evemail. Im glad its not my client/system related issue.

I stopped my ship, Frigs stabilized their orbit around on circa 9km. SB should touch them becouse its bonused range would be over 10km - no effect. I cant get close to sleeper bs - im too slow sadly (fat a.s.s. bs). I filed petition ingame, we'll...

Nope. Im just sitting in C2 Red giant system on SiSi and i tested it right now. large smartbomb stays at 7,5km range just like in empire. Sleeper frigs should have been hit becouse the range with bonus is over 10km but no. They circled around me 8...
